CNSI PRIVACY POLICY

CNSI is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of users of myHealthButton®. Our policies with respect to the handling of personal information with respect to the App are described within this Privacy Statement. We may change, add, or remove portions of this Policy at any time, and such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting. When posting a new Policy, we will release an upgrade which will require the user to accept the revised terms to continue using the App.

Data Collection

The data collected by this application such as Operating System is transmitted and securely stored on secured Amazon Cloud hosted servers in the United States. We will not share this information with any third party in identifiable form. We may use or disclose aggregate and de-identified data collected during your use of the application for research, educational, and product development purposes. The de-identified information could never be used to identify or contact you.

Third-Party Services

The application may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Information collected by third parties, which may include such things as location data or contact details, is governed by their privacy practices. CNSI is not responsible for the content, security, or the privacy practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties. Links to third-party websites do not imply endorsement by CNSI of those sites, the information they contain or products or services they describe. CNSI does not receive payment for linking you to a third-party website.

Security

CNSI does not store individually identifiable health information or other personal information from users. It is the user's responsibility to protect the personal information that resides on his or her device. If a user shares a device, the user should always close all active App and log out before leaving the device unattended.

Even with the above-described security, CNSI cannot guarantee that a user's information will be 100% protected. For example, a user's individually identifiable health information may be accessed by an unauthorized party if the user's smartphone is lost or stolen and the user has saved all the user account details for the App. Users enter individually identifiable health information into the App at their own risk and should take appropriate steps to maintain the security of their information, such as not storing the details in the smartphone itself.
